You found us at the beginning. This is the Flow Tee, Season 01: a performance shirt grown from hemp and organic cotton, with zero plastic, designed in British Columbia.
First runs are small, and when a colour is gone it waits for the next season.
This tee isn't for everyone. It's for people who choose what touches their skin as carefully as what they let into their mind.

Björn Awake is clothing for men who live connected: to nature, to themselves, and to what matters. Men who keep a practice. They breathe on purpose, move with intention, sit in the cold and the heat, and come back a little more themselves each time.
So we make simple, intentional pieces from plants only. Nothing synthetic against your skin. Nothing loud on your chest. Three small dots near the hem, for those who notice.

Why Björn. In the old Norse tongue, björn means bear. A bear awake is one that has come out of the long sleep, clear-eyed and ready. That is the feeling we make clothing for.

Stepped and vented
Back 2 cm longer than the front, with 3 cm side vents, bar-tacked and clean-finished.
Three dots
Body, Breath, Mind. Three 4 mm embroidered dots near the left hem. No wordmark on the outside.
Flat 1×1 rib
1.8 cm rib in the same hemp blend, made to lie flat wash after wash.
For you alone
Lime back-neck tape, lime hem thread and a printed neck label that reads "Be here now."
Every performance shirt is plastic. This one grew.
Polyester, nylon and elastane are made from oil, and they sit against your skin in the hour you are most open. The Flow Tee is hemp and organic cotton, built to move, breathe and keep up with your practice without any of it.
Reach, fold, twist.
Side vents and a slim, long cut give you room to move without excess fabric getting in the way.
Even upside down.
The back hem is 2 cm longer than the front, so the shirt stays where it belongs when you fold forward or invert.
Into the heat and out.
Hemp moves air and moisture and naturally resists odour. Still fresh after the sauna and the walk home.
Nothing to notice.
The label is printed inside. No tag, no scratch, nothing to pull your attention while you are trying to notice nothing.
Zero plastic.
Hemp and organic cotton, start to finish. A shirt that can return to the earth when its journey with you is done.
Made for years.
Hemp is one of the strongest natural fibres there is. The Flow Tee is made to be worn for years, not seasons.
It learns your shape, and becomes an extension of you.
Hemp softens every time it is worn and washed, and slowly takes on the form of the person inside it. The longer you practice in it, the more it becomes yours. No other shirt you own will feel quite like it.
Fold forward. Turn upside down. It stays where it belongs.
The back of the Flow Tee runs 2 cm longer than the front, so it covers you through every fold and inversion. No tugging it back down, no shirt over your face. Just your practice.

For Season 01, you get any three for $191. That works out to about $64 a tee.
It molds to you.
Hemp softens and shapes itself to your body the more you wear it. Over time the Flow Tee stops feeling like a shirt and starts feeling like an extension of you.
- You didn't ask, but the back runs 2 cm longer. It stays put when you fold forward or turn upside down.
- It's pre-shrunk and garment-dyed, so it keeps the length and colour you bought.
- The label is printed inside. Nothing to notice at your neck.
Honest note: it's cut slim. If you love a boxy, oversized tee, size up or this one isn't for you.
